• ‘Pay and play’ members are recommended to book for all group <strong>exercise</strong> sessions.<br />

You can book over the phone and at centre reception or, in many cases, you can BOOK<br />

ONLINE and pay at www.everyoneactive.com.<br />

• Monthly and annual paying members can book in advance over the phone, at centre<br />

reception or ONLINE for free.<br />

• To cancel a booking, please contact reception at least 24 hours before the session is due<br />

to start, otherwise a booking fee may be charged.<br />

• ‘Pay and play’ members need a ticket which is available from reception.<br />

This must be handed to your group <strong>exercise</strong> instructor.<br />

<strong>Group</strong> <strong>exercise</strong> sessions are FREE to all monthly and annual paying members (excluding<br />

CALORIE KILLERS<br />

Aerobics Burn fat without fuss! Allow<br />

motivate you with a fun and fat-burning<br />

work-out to music that combines low, high<br />

and mixed impact moves.<br />

Body Combat Combine moves and<br />

stances from a range of self-defence<br />

disciplines like karate, boxing and tae<br />

kwon do. This session will raise fitness<br />

levels throughout your whole body, while<br />

reducing fat and cholesterol.<br />

<strong>Group</strong> Cycling On yer bike! Caloriekilling<br />

at its best without the stress of<br />

any complicated moves. Great music,<br />

motivational instructors and a chance to<br />

burn up to 450 calories per 30 minutes will<br />

complete your journey to calorie-burning<br />

while keeping fit. No previous experience<br />

or dance partner necessary...<br />

Wheel fever Creative and playful dance<br />

sessions for disabled children and young<br />

people (5 to 16-years-old). Sessions<br />

develop the young people’s unique<br />

movement language and build confidence in<br />

WATER WORKOUTS<br />

Aqua A fun and invigorating all over<br />

body work-out in the water designed to<br />

Aqua Natal This water-based session<br />

is suitable or all expectant mothers who<br />

EXPRESS CLASSES<br />

These work-outs are a shortened version of<br />

the full session and are ideal for those who<br />

have limited time or are new to our group<br />

Basic Ballet Beginners’ ballet class for<br />

people aged 14 and over exploring the<br />

fundamental techniques of ballet training.<br />

Youth Night Activities are different<br />

every week but aim to help young people<br />
