HISTORY
With earliest records dating back to 1798 it was not until the
turn of the 19th Century that we have a continuous record of the
company.
The business became incorporated as a limited company in 1955
and since then has successfully completed numerous landmark
projects becoming a leading player in all areas of building, civil
engineering and facilities management.
Today, Graham has more than 1,000 employees and operates
from a network of regional offices across the UK and Ireland.

The company has a proud heritage of traditional skills and

the larger construction and services businesses in the UK and

highways maintenance and environmental services across a
wide range of industry sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
We provide a tailor-made, technical and operational support
service to improve the day to day running of property assets and

directly employed, multi-skilled facilities and maintenance

GRAHAM Highway Maintenance works in partnership with local
government agencies to operate and maintain motorway and
trunk road infrastructure.
Our expertise ranges from major, routine and winter
maintenance to temporary traffic management, inspection
services, safety patrols and emergency response.

GRAHAM Environmental Services supports both public and
private organisations and help them to meet their statutory
responsibilities by providing a range of testing and maintenance
services.
We specialise in water hygiene, air quality, asbestos
management, and fire risk management and also provide a total
energy management advice and consultancy service.

GRAHAM Investment Projects is the subsidiary
company through which all Public Private
Partnership (PPP) projects are undertaken.
Working in partnership with public sector clients
we focus on delivering long term value for
money facilities in the education, healthcare and
highways sectors.
We manage all phases of PPP projects from
design, construction and financing through to
operations and maintenance to provide clients
with a class leading service. Combining our
investment and management skills with the
design, construction and asset management
resources available within the GRAHAM Group,
we are uniquely equipped to deliver a truly
