ROYAL MARINES<br />

REPRESENTATIVE MILITARY TESTS (RM RMT)<br />

1 The RMT listed at Table 8 are intended to provide Commanders with a variety of<br />

tests designed to assess their troops’ speed, endurance and muscular strength<br />

through a series of aerobic activities, which may be used in conjunction with other<br />

RM physical tests or role-related training.<br />

Dress and Equipment<br />

2 Individual dress and equipment for all the tests listed below is:<br />

Serial<br />

(a)<br />

a. RMCHB, CS95 trousers, green T-shirt, CS95 Jacket (dependant on weather or<br />

climatic conditions), wearing PLCE (CEFO), (SA80 or LSW – negative SUSAT).<br />

b. The total load carried inclusive of weapon is to be 13.22 kgs. (21 lbs + SA80)<br />
