Duties of Test Personnel<br />
5 The Conducting Officer is responsible for the administration and safely of the<br />
assessment, and is to confirm that:<br />
a. The scorers ensure that the performers maintain the correct body position<br />
during the assessment and are to count aloud the number of correct<br />
repetitions.<br />
b. The recorder is to accurately record the raw scores.<br />
Assessment Procedure<br />
6 The Conducting Officer is to:<br />
a. Ensure a sit-up brief and demonstration is given at the start of the<br />
assessment.<br />
b. Answer any questions.<br />
c. Monitor performances.<br />
d. Withdraw individuals from the assessment that do not comply with the<br />
instructions given during the briefing.<br />
e. Ensure scores are recorded against individual names on completion of the<br />
assessment.<br />
f. Allow a 3-min recovery period before moving unto the pull up assessment.<br />
