RM BFT PART 1 - PULL-UPS
1
RM BFT EXECUTION
The individual hangs with an overgrasp grip, hands shoulder width apart with the
arms and body straight. The pull-up is performed by bending the arms until the
chest is brought to the beam or bar and the chin is over the beam or bar. The body
is then lowered until the arms and body are completely straight. The PTI dictates the
cadence of these repetitions using voice commands. The test finishes when the
individual fails to complete a proper repetition or dismounts from the beam or bar.
There is no time limit to this test.
