Das weltweit erste Gerät, das Mehrfach-SSRs in Industriesteckverbinder, Kühlkörper und
Steuerung integriert, mit Power Switching Technologie direkt an den Lastkreisen!
Der Walther iSwitch übertrifft bestehende Technologien, indem er:
■ die Anforderungen der SSRs (Solid State Relais = Halbleiterrelais) - also Kühlkörper, Ansteuerung
und Leistungsverbindungen - innerhalb eines IP 65 Gehäuses vereint.
■ mehrere SSRs direkt mit den Kühlkörpern verbindet. Dadurch sind keine Wärmeleitpasten
oder -pads mehr erforderlich, die Wärmeentwicklung wird um 30 % reduziert.
■ nur die vorhandene Grundanschlussfl äche von Standard-Industriesteckverbindern belegt.
So wird mindestens 60 % weniger Montageplatz benötigt als bei herkömmlicher Aufbauweise.
■ die Montagezeit drastisch reduziert, weil das Handling mit Montageplatten-Elementen entfällt
durch den Einsatz von Leiterplatten und Kontaktierung im Walther-eigenen Design.

The Walther iSwitch outperforms existing technologies by:
■ combining the solid state relay circuit requirements such as the necessary heat sink, control and
power interconnections within an IP 65 rated enclosure.
■ directly bonding the multiple SSRs to the heat sinks, eliminating any need for thermal pastes or
pads, while reducing thermal output by 30 %.
■ using the existing footprint of standard power connectors, therefore providing reduced mounting
space requirements by 60 % or more versus conventional multiple SSR confi gurations.
■ dramatically reducing assembly time through the elimination of panel components and their
handling through the use of printed circuit boards and Walther’s proprietary pin design.
■ removing the SSRs from the cabinet enclosure and relying on field mounting to improve accessibility

Ladesäule für Elektroautos
■ Ladestromsäulen sind zur elektrischen Versorgung und damit zum
Laden von Elektrofahrzeugen vorgesehen.
■ Eine Säule kann für 1 - n Elektrofahrzeuge ausgelegt werden.
■ Die Einspeisung erfolgt 3-phasig entsprechend der erforderlichen
Leistungsabgabe zum Laden.
■ Die Säule beinhaltet Einrichtungen für 16 A / 32 A / 63 A zum Laden.
■ Zur Sicherheit sind FI und LS auf der Leistungsseite vorhanden.
■ Die verbrauchte Energie wird mittels geeichter Zähler erfasst, und
über PC und/oder Service-Portal angezeigt und ausgewertet.

Charging station for electric vehicles
■ The EV charging stations are designed for electrical power supply
and thus for the charging of electric vehicles (EVs).
■ One station can be laid out for 1 to n EVs.
■ The supply is effected by 3 phases and according to the required
power output for charging.
■ The station includes facilities for 16 A / 32 A / 63 A for charging.
■ For safety reasons, RCDs and MCBs are available on the power side
■ Consumed energy is measured by calibrated meters and is displayed
and analysed via PC and/or service portal.
