ARREST OF NO. 7 MWP IN SAN LORENZO RUIZ CAMARINES NORTE • On June 1, 2010, elements of Camarines Norte CIDT- 5RCIDU of this Group together with San Lorenzo MPS implemented Warrant of Arrest in CC No. 14208 issued by Hon. Roberto Escaro, Judge of RTC Branch 38, Daet, Camarines Norte for violation of PD 705 as amended by RA7161, which resulted in the arrest of SabladitoBIÑAS y Napoles @ Bading, 44 years old at SitioPanudan, Brgy. Maisog, San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte. Suspect is listed as No. 7 Most Wanted Person in the Municipality of San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte. INVESTIGATION OF HEINOUS AND SENSATIONAL CASES: For the period in review, the different operating units of the Group took cognizance of 230 cases, 84 or 36.52% of which are Index Crimes while 146 or 63.48% are Non-Index Crimes. Two hundred twenty-five (225) cases were filed in court, while five (5) are under investigation. The Group has a Case Solution Efficiency(CSE) of 97.82%. On the investigation of heinous crimes, the Group investigated twenty-five (25)heinous crimes, twenty-three (23) of which were filed and solved, while two (2) cases are still under investigation, registering a CrimeSolution Efficiency (CSE) of 92.00%.Likewise, on the investigation of sensational cases, fourteen (14) cases were investigated, twelve (12) of which were filed/solved while two (2)are still under investigation, registering a CSEof 85.71%. Benjamin P. Estrada, Judge of RTC Branch 9, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon for the crime of Murder, which resulted in the arrest of RoniloBAYOT y Canoy @ Jun-Jun, 26 years old at Bukidnon Provincial Medical Center, Brgy. Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. • Suspect is the Acting Commanding Officer of SangaysaPartidosaPlatun (SPP-6), Guerilla Front Committee 6 (FC-6), NCMRC and was implicated on the CTs attack/ambushagainst the composite Platoon of 8 th IB of the Philippine Army at SitioBulalacao, Brgy. Concepcion, Valencia City last December 15 to 16, 2009 that resulted in the death of three (3) and wounding of five (5) elements of the government.
