2. ARREST OF NO. 8 MWP IN PANIQUI, TARLAC • On June 17, 2010, elements of Tarlac CIDT-3RCIDU of this Group arrested Rodolfo ANDAYA y Peralta @ Roding, 37 years old at Brgy. Salomague, Paniqui, Tarlac by virtue of the following warrants of arrest: - Bench Warrant of Arrest in CC Nos. 7587, 7588, 7589, 7590, 7598, 7599, 7600, 7601, and 7602 with recommended bail of Php30,000.00 each case issued by Hon. Mona Lisa V. Tiongson- Tabora, Judge of RTC Branch 26, San Fernando City, La Union dated November 15, 2007; - Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Cesar L. Aganon, Judge of RTC Branch 63, Tarlac City dated April 10, 2010 with a recommended bail of Php 100,000.00; and - Bench Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Antonio A. Carbonell, Judge of RTC Branch 27, San Fernando City, La Union dated June 4, 2010 with a recommended bail of Php 24,000.00. • Suspect was involved in a series of robbery incidents particularly those perpetrated by motorcycle riding in tandem in different parts of Luzon.He is listed as No. 8 Most Wanted Person in the Municipality of Paniqui, Tarlac. 3. ARREST OF NO. 13 MWP IN PILAR, BATAAN • On June 4, 2010, elements of Bataan CIDT-3RCIDU of this Group implemented Order of Arrest in CC No. 9085 issued by Hon. Rodolfo S. Gatdula, Judge of MTCC, Balanga City for violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294, which resulted in the arrest of Larry ENRIQUEZ y Lonson, 35 years old, along Brgy. Bliss, Limay, Bataan. • Suspect is listed as No. 13 Most Wanted Person in the Municipality of Pilar, Bataan. Subject was arrested by Bataan CIDT sometime in May 2005 in connection with the alleged abduction of a minor named Jacqueline Recosana. During the said arrest, ENRIQUEZ engaged in a shoot-out with the arresting CIDG elements but was subdued after he was shot on his shoulder. The abducted victim did not file her complaint for fear of reprisal. In his case for illegal possession of firearms case was able to post bail but left the country for Los Angeles, USA, hence, a 2 nd warrant of arrest was issued. 4. ARREST OF MWP IN NCR • On June 2, 2010, elements of SMMCIDT-NCRCIDU of this Group implemented Warrant of Arrest in CC No. Q-00-91769 issued by Hon. Rogelio N.
