cashier. Suspects carted away <strong>the</strong> cash collection amounting to Php 4,779.00<br />
from <strong>the</strong> cashier booth and immediately fled to unknown direction.<br />
• A case for Robbery was filed against <strong>the</strong> arrested suspects<br />
before <strong>the</strong> NPS, DOJ, Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Ilagan, Isabela docketed<br />
under NPS No. II-04-INQ-10F-00067.<br />
2. ARREST OF SUSPECTS INVOLVED IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF<br />
FAKE/COUNTERFEIT DRIVER’S LICENSE<br />
• On June 8, 2010, elements <strong>of</strong> AFFCD <strong>of</strong> this Group<br />
implemented Search Warrant Nos. 10-15978 to 10-15980 issued by Hon. Ma.<br />
Theresa Dolores C. Gomez-Estoesta, 1 st Vice-Executive Judge, NCJR, RTC,<br />
Manila at <strong>the</strong> residence/premises <strong>of</strong> CesarioENDAYA, et. al. located at<br />
Mapagmahal Street, Brgy.Pinyahan, Quezon City.<br />
• The operation resulted in <strong>the</strong> seizure/confiscation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
following pieces <strong>of</strong> evidence used in <strong>the</strong> production <strong>of</strong> fake LTO driver’s license,<br />
stickers, <strong>of</strong>ficial receiptsand certification <strong>of</strong> registration for motor vehicle:<br />
- Eight (8) pieces PUJ sticker;<br />
- Two (2) pieces private sticker;<br />
- Two (2) pieces LTO Official Receipt;<br />
- Two (2) pieces Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Driver’s License card;<br />
- One (1) pieceLTO ID card;<br />
- Six hundred (600) pieces cut paper intended to be<br />
used for LTO forms;<br />
- Five hundred (500) pieces blank LTO forms;<br />
- Three (3) pieces computer monitor;<br />
- Three (3) pieces computer printer;<br />
- One (1) piece Laminating machine;<br />
- Two (2) pieces scanner;<br />
- Two (2) pieces roll paper used in LTO ID;<br />
- One (1) piece Ledger (list <strong>of</strong> customer);<br />
- Two (2) pieces CPU Computer; and<br />
- One (1) piece ID cutter.<br />
• Likewise, <strong>the</strong> following suspects were arrested who were<br />
involved in said activity, namely:<br />
- CesarioENDAYA y Chavez Jr., 55 years old;<br />
- Adrian ENDAYA y Tiansing;<br />
- Gean Carlo SERENO y Aguinaldo; and<br />
- Mark Lester ENDAYA y Tiansing.<br />
• Cases for violation <strong>of</strong> Article 172 (Falsification by Private<br />
Individuals and Use <strong>of</strong> Falsified Documents) and Article 176 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> RPC<br />
(Manufacturing and Possession <strong>of</strong> Instrument for Falsification) were filed against<br />
<strong>the</strong> arrested suspectsbefore Hon. Janet Abergos-Samar, Judge<strong>of</strong> RTC Branch<br />
32, Quezon Citydocketed under CC No.151505-06.<br />
