fore court attendant and then pointed the gun to MayethSiagan, the fore court
cashier. Suspects carted away the cash collection amounting to Php 4,779.00
from the cashier booth and immediately fled to unknown direction.
• A case for Robbery was filed against the arrested suspects
before the NPS, DOJ, Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Ilagan, Isabela docketed
under NPS No. II-04-INQ-10F-00067.
2. ARREST OF SUSPECTS INVOLVED IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF
FAKE/COUNTERFEIT DRIVER’S LICENSE
• On June 8, 2010, elements of AFFCD of this Group
implemented Search Warrant Nos. 10-15978 to 10-15980 issued by Hon. Ma.
Theresa Dolores C. Gomez-Estoesta, 1 st Vice-Executive Judge, NCJR, RTC,
Manila at the residence/premises of CesarioENDAYA, et. al. located at
Mapagmahal Street, Brgy.Pinyahan, Quezon City.
• The operation resulted in the seizure/confiscation of the
following pieces of evidence used in the production of fake LTO driver’s license,
stickers, official receiptsand certification of registration for motor vehicle:
- Eight (8) pieces PUJ sticker;
- Two (2) pieces private sticker;
- Two (2) pieces LTO Official Receipt;
- Two (2) pieces Professional Driver’s License card;
- One (1) pieceLTO ID card;
- Six hundred (600) pieces cut paper intended to be
used for LTO forms;
- Five hundred (500) pieces blank LTO forms;
- Three (3) pieces computer monitor;
- Three (3) pieces computer printer;
- One (1) piece Laminating machine;
- Two (2) pieces scanner;
- Two (2) pieces roll paper used in LTO ID;
- One (1) piece Ledger (list of customer);
- Two (2) pieces CPU Computer; and
- One (1) piece ID cutter.
• Likewise, the following suspects were arrested who were
involved in said activity, namely:
- CesarioENDAYA y Chavez Jr., 55 years old;
- Adrian ENDAYA y Tiansing;
- Gean Carlo SERENO y Aguinaldo; and
- Mark Lester ENDAYA y Tiansing.
• Cases for violation of Article 172 (Falsification by Private
Individuals and Use of Falsified Documents) and Article 176 of the RPC
(Manufacturing and Possession of Instrument for Falsification) were filed against
the arrested suspectsbefore Hon. Janet Abergos-Samar, Judgeof RTC Branch
32, Quezon Citydocketed under CC No.151505-06.
