2. ARREST OF AN AMERICAN NATIONAL
AND RESCUE OF THREE (3) MINORSIN ORMOC CITY
• On June 10, 2010, elements of Northern Leyte CIDT-
8RCIDU of this Group together with RIID-PRO8 in coordination with City Social
Welfare, Ormoc City implemented Search Warrant No. 35-05-10 issued by Hon.
Apolinario M. Buaya, Judge of RTC Branch 35, Ormoc City for violations of RA
8294 and Article VI Section 10 (b) of RA 7610 against DaryllEugen TILLMAN, an
American National at Purok 12, Villa Theresa, Brgy. Linao, Ormoc City, which
resulted in the in the arrest of the subject and the rescue of three (3) female
minors identified as:
- Rowena CanoyCulanggo, 12 years old;
- Angel CanoyCulanggo, 14 years old; and
- Almine Joy CanoyCulanggo, 16 years old.
• A case for violation of RA 7610 (Child Abuse) was filed
against the arrested suspect before the City Prosecutor’s Office, Ormoc City
docketed under NPS No. VIII-INV-10F-00157.

1. OPERATION AGAINST PROSTITUTION
AT FAT HARRY’S RESTO BAR IN BACOLOD CITY
• On June 21, 2010, elements of Bacolod CIDT-6RCIDU of
this Group in coordination with Police Precinct 1-Bacolod CPS conducted
operation at Fat Harry’s Resto Bar located at Golden Field Commercial Complex,
Singcang Airport, Bacolod City, which resulted in the arrest of Marry Ann
AGRAVANTE, Cashier and May Joy M. TABAQUE, Floor Manager after
receiving Php 600.00 marked money as bar fine for the requested entertainers to
be take-out for sex and the rescue of three (3) female entertainers/GROs.
