2. BUY-BUST OPERATION AT BRGY. TANZANGLUMA
IMUS, CAVITE
• On June 1, 2010, elements of Cavite CIDT-4ARCIDU of this
Group together with Cavite PPO in coordination with PDEA PRO-CALABARZON
conducted buy-bust operation at Brgy. TanzangLuma, Imus, Cavite that resulted
in the arrest of Arnold ALIMA y Villejo, 22 years old and the confiscation of four
(4) pieces of big sealed transparent plastic bag containing of MOLone (1)
kilogram of suspected cocainewith DDB value ofPhp 2.6 Million.
• During the conduct of operation, other suspects @ Nancy
and @ Garcia an alleged member of PDEA, sensing the presence of operating
units eluded arrest on board a Honda Civic colored black bearing Plate No. NAN-
24 towards Dasmariñas City. Operating teams gave chase but the suspects
managed to escape from pursuing police operatives.
• Arrested suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights,
brought to PIB, Cavite PPO for investigation and proper disposition and
documentation, while confiscated evidence was submitted to the Cavite Crime
Laboratory for chemical analysis.
• On June 2, 2010 at around 4:40 A.M., a suicide incident
transpired at the PIB Extension Office Detention Cell, Cavite PPO, Camp Gen.
Pantaleon Garcia, Imus, Cavite. Initial investigation disclosed that the duty jailer
PO2 Lyndon Mindo discovered the suicide when he woke-up to answer the call
of nature. Victim committed suicide with the use of a noose made from his jeans
wrapped around his neck and tied at the iron bar of the said locked-up cell.
Victim was rushed to Our Lady of Pilar Hospital, Imus, Cavite for medical
treatment but later died at about 5:35 A.M. of same date.
