• A case for violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294
(Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition) was filed against the arrested
suspect before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Koronadal City, South
Cotabato docketed under NPS No. XII-05-INQ-10F-00082.
2. ARREST OF A GUNRUNNER IN BUSTOS, BULACAN
• On June 4, 2010, elements of Bulacan CIDT-3RCIDU of this
Group together with PIB-Bulacan PPO conducted entrapment operation at Brgy.
San Pedro, Bustos, Bulacan, which resulted in the arrest of Enrico DE GRACIA y
Campo, while in the act of dealing and offering to sell to the Group’s poseur
buyer of the following items in the amount of Php 17,000.00, as follows:
- One (1) Armscor shotgun with SN: 7384126;
- One (1) cal .9mm Llama pistol with SN: 07-04-
08667-96;
- One (1) cal .38 “paltik” revolver without serial
number;
- Fifteen (15) rounds of ammunition for cal .9mm;
- Seven (7) rounds of ammunition for shotgun; and
- Six (6) rounds of ammunition for cal .38 revolver.
• During the transaction, when the poseur buyers asked the
suspect if the firearm he was selling have the license and answered negative,
hence, they immediately announced the arrest and identified themselves as
CIDG personnel.
• A case for violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294
(Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition) was filed against the arrested
suspect before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan
docketed under NPS No. III-04-INV-10F-00542.
