1. ARREST OF DATU ALI KAWIT Y ABDUL
AT NORALA, SOUTH COTABATO
• On June 19, 2010, elements of South Cotabato and Sultan
Kudarat CIDTs-12RCIDU of this Group in coordination with Norala Police Station
implemented Search Warrant No. 10-48 issued by Hon. Oscar P. Noel Jr.,
Executive Judge, RTC Branch 38, General Santos City at the
premises/residence ofDatu Ali KAWIT y Abdul located at Brgy. Poblacion,
Norala, South Cotabato, which resulted in the arrest of the subject and the
seizure/confiscation of the following pieces of evidence:
- One (1) cal .45 Norinco pistol with SN: BG01226;
- One (1) cal .45 Taurus pistol with SN: NBU14478;
- One (1) piece magazine for cal .45 loaded with
eleven (11) rounds of ammunition;
- One (1) piece magazine in high capacity for cal
.45 loaded with twelve (12) rounds of ammunition;
- One (1) piece magazine high capacity for cal .45
empty;
- Three (3) single Colum magazines for cal .45
pistol;
- Six (6) pieces magazine assembly for cal 5.56
rifle;
