Please refer to your application for admission to the above course. In this connection, you are advised
to appear before the selection / counseling Board of this Institute on 10 th Aug. <strong>2009</strong> at 09.30 A.M.
You are required to produce following original documents along with 2 nos. of attested copies of the
same at the time of <strong>interview</strong>.
1. GATE Score card 5. Migration certificate (For students other than Ranchi Univ.)
2. GATE Admit Card 6. SC/ST/OBC certificate (if claiming admission in this category)
3. Final year marks card 7. Medical Certificate
4. TC 8. Other relevant documents
In the event of your selection, you will be required to pay a fee of Rs. 12,100/- (for SC/ST Rs.8300/-)
immediately, failing which the seat will be allotted to next person in the waiting list.
Fee payment should be in the form of a DD of a nationalized bank drawn in favour of NIFFT, Ranchi,
payable at Ranchi. Students are therefore advised to come prepared with the DD in their own interest. Fee
breakup details (if required) can be requested from the academic section.
You may note that if admitted to the course your original GATE scorecard will be stamped as “Admitted”.
No TA and DA are admissible to any student. Hostel Rooms will be allotted after the payment of full admission fee.
Please note:
• Students should ensure their candidature in requirement of the advertisement themselves before coming for
the <strong>interview</strong>.
• Mere attending Interview before selection board does not guarantee admission.
• Students should come prepared to join the course in the event of their selection.
• The M.Tech. classes will start from 12 th Aug <strong>2009</strong>.
