HTI FOR YOU: Mister Sagol, congratulations! Your
company has celebrated its 5th anniversary! During
this time it has become the largest producer of PVC
profile systems in the Ukraine. How did this successful
company development come together?
Mister Sagol: A strategic market analysis for evaluation
of the Ukrainian market was a most valuable
basis for the foundation of our company. Certainly,
special attention was paid to the future market development.
It gave us a very clear picture of the attractiveness
of the Ukrainian and Russian market
and thus supported us in developing products that
fulfill the demands of these markets. This, combined
with the highest requirements towards technology
and quality were the key success factors.
HTI FOR YOU: Since when have you been cooperating
with High Tech Extrusion? What was the reason for
starting this cooperation?
Mister Sagol: Our cooperation has been lasting for
already four years. It started, because High Tech
Extrusion met our individual demands with high
technological know-how. By this, we were able to
cooperatively develop innovative solutions for our
customers.
HTI FOR YOU: To which extent was High Tech Extrusion
involved in the development of your company
and your products?
Mister Sagol: High Tech Extrusion delivered our
extruders and tools and hence the technology that
played a crucial role in the successful development
of our company.
HTI FOR YOU: In which way is High Tech Extrusion
different from their competition?
Mister Sagol: High Tech Extrusion is customer minded
to the highest extent, taking customer’s demands
One for all!
The advantages of the OMNIA extrusion line are
obvious: In contrast to common extrusion equipment,
with all the components coming from different
sources, OMNIA is the ALLinONE solution.
One complete equipment with all of its components
made by High Tech Extrusion. The production
processes run more efficiently and smoothly
due to the perfect combination of all components.
Test results show, that not only the production
costs can be reduced but that a lot of energy can
also be saved by using single components of the
OMNIA extrusion line.

OMNIA. HTI FOR YOU asked Mr. Sagol for an interview.
into account and being able to technologically realize
these demands. Hence, with our extrusion lines, we
are able to create exactly those products, which we
need for our target markets.
HTI FOR YOU: Just recently you have ordered an
OMNIA model from High Tech Extrusion. Originally
you wanted to order the predecessor model – what
made you order the latest model?
Mister Sagol: The main reason was the savings in
energy, made possible by OMNIA. By this we were
able to significantly cut our own production costs.
Also the ergonomics have convinced us – OMNIA is
easier to operate than common extrusion equipment.
Hence, we are in the position, to run a smooth and
clean production process.
HTI FOR YOU: Which are the benefits of OMNIA to
your company, your products and the end user?
Mister Sagol: The just mentioned savings in energy
consumption is a major benefit for us. Now we can
produce more cost efficiently, consequently we are
more competitive in our target markets and additionally
we are ready for expansion in new markets.
HTI FOR YOU: Being an expert in the field of PVC
profile extrusion – what would be your recommendations
to High Tech Extrusion in regards to future
developments of extrusion equipment?
Mister Sagol: We would desire extrusion equipment
with a higher grade of automation. Additionally,
extrusion equipment should become more and
more flexible, so that during material- or tool
change fewer changes in parameters and tuning
works were necessary.
HTI FOR YOU: How do you estimate the development
of your market resp. the development
of your company for the next three years?
Mister Sagol: We anticipate that the market will
keep on growing. We expect a market growth of
around 20% per year, 35% growth in Russia for
the next three years and approx. 10% growth in
the Ukraine.
HTI FOR YOU: Mister Sagol, thank you very
