(SSA), Railroad Retirement Board (RRB), or Office of Personnel Management (OPM) checks. It
includes Part C and Part D premiums and any Part D Late Enrollment Penalties (LEPs). This file
is produced by the Premium Withhold System (PWS), which makes this report available to Plans
as part of the month-end processing.
