To select varieties vegetables for organic
production :
Solanaceous: eggplant, tomato, pepper,
Legumes: pole sitao, bush sitao, cowpea, snap beans,
Cucurbits: squash, watermelon, cucumber, patola, upo,
Crucifers: cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, pechay
and herbs
To recommend specific varieties for commercial
and organic home gardens for regular and offseason
production.
