ITEM 2 ITEM 3 DECLARATION OF INTEREST There were no declarations of interest. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES The minutes of the Committee meeting held 3 May 2011 are confirmed. MATTERS ARISING It was resolved at Council’s Planning and Strategy meeting held on 6 June 2011 that the minutes of the Human Services Planning and Policy Committee be adopted.
