2. For some of the languages there is an improved use of tags
and terms to help classify citations into relevant categories
depending on the particular needs of the user. For example,
resources intended for educational purposes, for job finding, for
healthcare and caregiving, for employment searching, and so on.
Moreover, we stressed to the contributors that they should give
highest priority to including very practical tutorials which could be
used to teach (or self-teach) IL methods and practices to ordinary
adults and students for their everyday life use, both online and
offline, and afford lowest priority to including highly theoretical,
academic and abstract materials.
3. We have been able to include many more of the less widely
used languages, such as those used in Africa and Asia, and we
hope that this trend will continue in future years as more and more
countries and contributors become familiar with the publication's
purposes, contents and applications.

job seeker, healthcare seeker, media professional, ICT specialist, or
