2. For some of the languages there is an improved use of tags<br />
and terms to help classify citations into relevant categories<br />
depending on the particular needs of the user. For example,<br />
resources intended for educational purposes, for job finding, for<br />
healthcare and caregiving, for employment searching, and so on.<br />
Moreover, we stressed to the contributors that they should give<br />
highest priority to including very practical tutorials which could be<br />
used to teach (or self-teach) IL methods and practices to ordinary<br />
adults and students for their everyday life use, both online and<br />
offline, and afford lowest priority to including highly theoretical,<br />
academic and abstract materials.<br />
3. We have been able to include many more of the less widely<br />
used languages, such as those used in Africa and Asia, and we<br />
hope that this trend will continue in future years as more and more<br />
countries and contributors become familiar with the publication's<br />
purposes, contents and applications.<br />
We wish you success, whether teacher, librarian, parent, student,<br />
job seeker, healthcare seeker, media professional, ICT specialist, or<br />
ordinary citizen, as you first familiarize yourself with the contents<br />
of this highly diverse, inclusive and essential modern tool, and then<br />
