the world in a spiral, incorporating all<br />
islands and ending in Canada. The<br />
world map below shows the route this<br />
index takes.<br />
The geographical index gives detailed<br />
information for all port facilities, as<br />
well as the latitude and longitude<br />
(latitude for North and South of the<br />
equator, and longitude for East and<br />
West of the Greenwich Meridian Line).<br />
