(incl. Air Filter (FR), Wire Cage, Aluminium Flange, O-Ring and Mounting Hardware)
Instructions:
Follow the instructions below to correctly drill 3 new mounting holes in your airbox when installing
the aluminum flange.
1. Cut out the circular template shown below, including the inner shaded area
2. Remove air boot from air box, and place template over newly exposed round inlet
3. Line up the 3 cutouts on the template with the 3 raised hash marks on the outside of the
round airbox inlet
4. Using a ¼” bit, drill 3 new mounting holes in the airbox where the 3 drill points indicate on
the template
5. After the new mounting holes have been drilled, place aluminum flange inside airbox and
secure with the provided hardware, making sure to coat the threads of all fasteners with
loctite
**BE SURE TO REMOVE YOUR STOCK BACKFIRE SCREEN IN THE AIR BOOT**
