Celebrate Easter on Middle Island with tender, juicy lamb<br />
slowly spit roasted to perfection.<br />
Family Egg Race: Speed along Bunny’s path with an egg<br />
balanced on a spoon and pop it in <strong>the</strong> hole at <strong>the</strong> end of <strong>the</strong><br />
course. But be very careful – drop your egg on <strong>the</strong> way and<br />
you will be disqualified!<br />
