3. No refunds are given for failure to publish an ad.<br />
Instead, the ad will be published in the next available<br />
issue. The only exception is for time-sensitive advertising<br />

4. Full payment in advance must be received before an ad<br />

5. Charges apply for any text changes during the term of<br />
