RETHINK - INTELLIPEAK
As the peak holiday season began to roll, except for a few necessary
escalations, the Client Partner was happy that Cognizant had enabled
the highest degree of operational efficiency, business process agility
and infrastructure preparedness for his retail client.
With Cognizant's extensive consulting, management and technology
expertise, he was able to provide a seamless experience to his client,
with peak planning, training and system health checks and monitoring
to make sure it was “business as usual,” even at the height of the peak
season.
He was also proud of the intellectual power of his team and that their
insights and solutions had become a framework that was ultimately
fine-tuned as a platform that has since been used by many customers.
