30/06/2011 Response recived from Donna Sampson of Cacatua <strong>Cultural</strong> Consulting. Phone Donna Sampson said Cacatua Culture Consultants would provide comments on the proposed methodology in<br />

writing by 06/06/2011.<br />

5/07/2011 Response received from Donna Sampson of Cacatua Culture Consultants. Email Donna Sampson requested that Cacatua Culture Consultants be provided with a copy of the proposed<br />

methodology.Donna Sampson was contacted and she confirmed that Cacatua Culture Consultants had<br />

changed postal address. She also advised that the proposed methodology had been fowarded from the old<br />

postal address and she no longer required a copy. The change of address was noted for all future<br />

correspondence.<br />

7/07/2011 Response received from Laurie Perry of Wonnarua Nation Aboriginal Corporation Fax Wonnarua Nation Aboriginal Corporation was in agreement with the methodology however raised concerns<br />

about impact of the Project on the Bora Ground and the cultural significance of the area. Their response to the<br />

methodology was noted and their concerns have been addressed in the ACHA.<br />

7/07/2011 Response received from Gordon Griffiths of Wonnarua <strong>Cultural</strong> <strong>Heritage</strong>. Phone Gordon Griffiths confirmed that Wonnarua <strong>Cultural</strong> <strong>Heritage</strong> was a registered stakeholder group. Gordon<br />

Griffiths also said Wonnarua <strong>Cultural</strong> <strong>Heritage</strong> would provide comments on the proposed methodology.<br />

12/07/2011 Response received from Shannon Griffiths of Wonnarua Culture <strong>Heritage</strong> Fax Wonnarua Nation Aboriginal Corporation was in agreement with the methodology and requested that meeting to<br />

be held with alll groups involved to discuss the project.<br />

18/07/2011 Response received from Kathie Steward Kinchela of Yinarr <strong>Cultural</strong> Services Email Yinarr <strong>Cultural</strong> Services requested that they be provided with a copy of the proposed methodology. Kathie<br />

Steward Kinchela confirmed that they had changed postal address. A copy of the methodology was emailed to<br />

Yinarr <strong>Cultural</strong> Services and the change of postal address was noted for future correspondence.<br />

survey all areas considered to be culturally significant.Response to methodology noted.<br />

Bora Ground and the potential impacts on Aboriginal culture and heritage values.Their response to<br />
