Computer Science and Mathematics (200.C0)<br />

All Science students require 26 courses to obtain the<br />

Diploma of Collegial Studies. The Computer Science and<br />

Mathematics program (200.C0) will allow graduates to<br />

pursue studies in the exciting and ever growing field of<br />

Computer Sciences. As a pre-university program students<br />

are also able to enter university programs in<br />

Mathematics, Actuarial sciences, Computer Gaming,<br />

Information Systems as well as traditional fields of<br />

studies in both sciences and engineering.<br />

With this new program graduates will find a challenging<br />

and exciting way to enter the academic and career<br />

worlds of computers and mathematic.<br />

The innovative computer science courses in this program<br />

will give you the chance to take your skills, interests and<br />

passion for computers and technology and make them<br />

into an exciting base for academic studies. Students in<br />

Computer Science & Mathematics will use a program<br />

approach to present scientific solutions to problems<br />

using math, chemistry and physic.<br />

While studying Computer Sciences & Mathematic you<br />

will combine science and computer technology courses.<br />

By taking challenging courses in Object-Oriented<br />

programming along with courses in math, chemistry and<br />

Physic you will get a focused preparation for university<br />

entrance into areas like Mathematics, Actuarial sciences,<br />

Computer Gaming, Information Systems as well as<br />

traditional fields of studies in both sciences and<br />

engineering.<br />
