Dear Santa,<br />
I know you haven't heard from me in a while, but I need your help<br />
creating the most magical <strong>Christmas</strong> ever. I've written a little wish<br />
list – nothing excessive, no ponies or anything (ho, ho, ho!). For a<br />
gentleman of your expertise, this will be a piece of <strong>Christmas</strong> cake...<br />
A Celebration Destination<br />
I'm looking for grand restaurants, private dining rooms, live music and<br />
special events - perfect for partying with all my favourite people.<br />
Magnificent <strong>Christmas</strong> Lunch<br />
I want a magnificent <strong>Christmas</strong> Lunch with all the traditional festive<br />
fayre, cooked to complete perfection using local ingredients. I'll also<br />
need a drinks reception and a pianist to play carols. If you could<br />
pop by too that would be excellent – the children will love it (wear<br />
the red suit).<br />
Festive Afternoon Tea<br />
A glamorous, relaxed affair with <strong>Christmas</strong> goodies, hot toddies<br />
and mulled wine.<br />
Enchanting Ambience<br />
Think seasonal splendour, roaring fires, <strong>Christmas</strong> trees, poinsettias,<br />
mistletoe and garlands galore!<br />
That's the lot. No big ask, really!<br />
P.S. Em, as it’s the season of goodwill, I’d really love having it<br />
all close to Belfast City Centre, with shops, shops and more shops,<br />
restaurants, theatres, pubs and clubs all right on the doorstep.<br />
