With reference to your application against the above Advertisement, you are requested to appear for<br />

a Written Test as per the schedule given below:-<br />

Date : 02 nd May, 2013 (Thursday) Reporting Time: 09.30 AM Duration of Test: 2 Hrs<br />

Venue: HEC Training Institute (HTI), Plant Plaza Road, Dhurwa, Ranchi-4.<br />

2) The Interview List containing names of the candidates who qualify for interview on the basis of the<br />

Written Test will be published on Notice Board of HEC Training Institute (HTI) and also on HEC Web Site<br />

(www.hecltd.com) on 08 th May, 2013 (Wednesday). In case you find your name in the Interview List to be<br />

published on 08 th May, 2013, you may please report at Room No. 4J, Ground Floor, Hqrs Administrative<br />

Building, HEC Ltd., Plant Plaza Road, Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004 for Interview on the date and time<br />

mentioned against your name in the said Interview List. No separate letter for interview shall be issued.<br />

3) This Letter is being sent to you in duplicate (both in original). One copy shall be used as Call Letter cum<br />

Admit Card for appearing at Written Test on 02 nd May, 2013. The Other copy will be used as Call Letter for<br />

appearing at Interview subject to your selection in the Written Test and publication of your name in<br />

Interview List mentioned in para (2) above.<br />

4) You shall paste photographs at the prescribed place overleaf (preferably the one submitted with the<br />

application) duly signed by you on both the Call Letters (a portion of your signature must be on your<br />

photograph). You shall bring both the original Call Letters with you on 02 nd May, 2013 and handover the<br />

same to the Invigilator at the Examination Hall. The Invigilator shall put his signatures overleaf of both Call<br />

Letters and return one Call Letter to you. The other Call Letter will be taken back from you and will be kept<br />

in our Office Records. You may therefore keep a photocopy of the Call Letter with you for your own use in<br />

future.<br />

5) In case you are selected in Written Test and your name appear in the Interview List [To be published on<br />

on 08 th May, 2013 (Wednesday)], you shall bring the Call Letter handed over to you by the Invigilator as<br />

mentioned above, on the date of your Interview, failing which you shall not be allowed to appear at the<br />

Interview. On the date of your interview, you shall also bring with you all the original certificates in respect<br />

of your qualifications (Mark sheets & Certificates), Proof of Age, Caste (SC/ST/OBC), PH and also attested<br />

copies of each of these certificates, which will be retained in this office for record. SC/ST/OBC/PH<br />

candidates must bring the certificate in the proforma prescribed by the Govt. Duly filled in RT-4 Form<br />

(attached) shall also be brought at the time of Interview. Copies of Certificates will be checked on the date<br />

of Interview and not on the date of Written Test.<br />
