O R D E R<br />
Government have approved the proposal for deputation <strong>of</strong> <strong>teachers</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
Government/Aided Engineering Colleges for M.Tech/M. Arch and Ph. D under Quality<br />
Improvement Programme 2012-2013 and <strong>of</strong> advance admission (60 days contact programme)<br />
to Ph. D during 2011-2012 with direction to the undersigned to issue necessary orders <strong>of</strong><br />
deputation to the <strong>teachers</strong> <strong>of</strong> Engineering Colleges and permitting the eligible <strong>teachers</strong> for<br />
advance admission to Ph. D 2012-2013. The following teaching faculty <strong>of</strong> Government/Aided<br />
Engineering Colleges are deputed for higher studies (M.Tech/M. Arch and Ph. D) under Quality<br />
Improvement Programme during 2012-2013 based on the directions stipulated under G.Os read<br />

No. 55/77/H.Edn dated. 12.4.1977 and G.O (Rt) No, 317/2010/H.Edn dated. 22.9.2010<br />
before relieving from the colleges concerned for deputation.

3. Sponsorship certificate <strong>of</strong> the Department will be issued to the candidate only<br />
after the acceptance <strong>of</strong> their bonds.<br />
4. The Principals <strong>of</strong> Government/Aided Engineering Colleges shall ensure that<br />
the above deputation <strong>of</strong> candidates in no way affect the academic requirement <strong>of</strong><br />
students and that no complaint in this regard are raised. Failure in this regard will be<br />
viewed seriously and appropriate action will be taken against the Principals and deputed<br />
<strong>teachers</strong> concerned.<br />
5. The candidate will furnish quarterly review Progress Report to the respective<br />
Principals <strong>of</strong> College from where they are relieved.<br />
6. The candidates will produce the certificates from the institutions concerned<br />
stating that they have successfully completed the course<br />
7. The resultant vacancies shall be filled only by appointing guest lecturers.<br />
