The amounts outstanding payable or receivable at period end represent the value of the units (financial liability of the Funds) issued or held and any amount of interest expense payable or receivable. (i) Terms and Conditions of Transactions with Related Parties All related party transactions are made in arms length transactions on normal commercial terms and conditions. Outstanding balances at period end are unsecured and settlement occurs in cash. (ii) Guarantees There have been no guarantees provided or received for any related party receivables. Page 179
