Responsible Entity's Management Fees
Under the terms of the Constitutions, the Responsible Entity is entitled to receive monthly management fees which
are expressed as a percentage of the total assets of each Fund (i.e. excluding liabilities). Management fees are paid
directly by the Funds. The table below shows the current fee rates charged.
Where monies are invested into other funds managed by the Responsible Entity the management fees are calculated after
rebating fees charged in the underlying funds. As a consequence, the amounts shown in the Statements of
Comprehensive Income reflect only the amount of fees charged directly to the respective Funds.
The management fees rate charged for the current and comparative reporting periods are as follows:

In addition to the management fee stated above a performance fee may also be payable for certain Funds. Performance fees
are payable if the Funds' performance outperform a specified benchmark. The performance fee is normally in the region of
10-25% as a percentage of the total assets of each Fund. Performance fees charged for the reporting periods are disclosed
below. Refer to the Product Disclosure Statement/Information Memorandum for more details.
The actual management fee rate charged for global investing Funds are lower than those disclosed above. This is due to
these Funds being entitled to claim 100% of the Good and Services Tax ("GST") as compared to 75% for domestic
investing Funds.
