66 Barking, Havering & Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust 19. Impairments Prospective Revaluation has been undertaken by the Independent valuer DTZ which is effective as at 31st March 2010. The overall impact reduced the value of land and buildings by £39.58m. Some asset values have been significantly reduced through the revaluation particularly the PFI building, the major proportion of the resulting impairment has been written off against I&E in the draft accounts.
