BRS Resources Ltd. announced that AleAnna Resources, LLC (AleAnna), the company's Italian operator,
has completed a 3-D geophysical data acquisition survey on the Ponte dei Grilli permit area located in the Po
Valley of Italy. AleAnna now turns its operational emphasis from data acquisition to drilling. Numerous drilling
prospects have been identified from processing and interpreting 3-D geophysical data acquired during recent
surveys. A number of applications for drilling permits will be filed with the Italian government beginning in
September. AleAnna has completed three large-scale 3-D geophysical surveys, acquiring more than 100,000
acres (400 sq km) of data in northern Italy and developing the portfolio of 3-D geophysical data for onshore
Italy. The processed and interpreted data is critical in identifying and mapping large, drillable subsurface
geological structures containing commercial quantities of hydrocarbons. AleAnna has eight Exploration
Permits and three Applications for Exploration Permits, totaling more than 800,000 acres (3,250 sq km),
approved by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. The majority of the acreage is located in Italy's Po
Valley, Europe's second onshore gas province, where trillions of cubic feet of natural gas have been
produced and where significant infrastructure is in place.

Membership Interest in AleAnna Resources LLC

BRS Resources Ltd. announced an operational update of its activities in Italy through its membership interest
in AleAnna Resources LLC. The Italian Ministry of the Economic Development has awarded AleAnna a total
of eight exploration permits and subsequently published the awarding of these permits in the Official Bulletin
of Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Resources. Five of the exploration permits were awarded in the last 9
months—Molino, Bugia, Fantozza, and Belgioioso in the Po Valley (northern Italy) and Torrente Acqua
Fredda in the Bradano basin (southern Italy), an area with a history of significant oil and natural gas
production. The other three exploration permits—Corte dei Signori, Ponte dei Diavolo, and Ponte dei Grilli—
were awarded and announced previously. AleAnna’s three remaining Applications for Exploration Permits—
two in the Po Valley and one in the Bradano basin—should be awarded later IN 2011.
AleAnna Resources, LLC Contracts with Geotec SpA to Perform 3D Seismic Program on
Its Ponte Dei Diavolo Permit Area in Po Valley of Italy

BRS Resources Ltd. announced that AleAnna Resources, LLC has contracted with Geotec SpA to perform a
3D seismic program on its Ponte dei Diavolo permit area in Po Valley of Italy. The Ponte dei Diavolo permit
area, located southwest of Venice, covers an area of approximately 50,000 acres (200 sq km) with numerous
natural gas exploration targets on trend with large existing gas fields. The seismic program will cover (156 sq
km) approximately 39,000 acres and should begin in the next 30 to 45 days. AleAnna was the first company
to carry out a significant 3D seismic program onshore Italy. In March 2009, AleAnna completed a 31,100 acre
(126 sq km) 3-D seismic survey in the Corte Dei Signori Permit area, which is located east of the Ponte dei
Diavolo permit area. A number of prospects were generated from this data and a drill location within the
Gallare Field was selected as the first drill location. AleAnna anticipates drilling the Gallare well during the
first half of 2011.
