You could say that Samer Kuraishi was born
to be a real estate mogul. His father has been
a real estate broker for over 20 years, giving
Samer a lot of exposure early on. Closing his
first deal at only 18 years “young” he
decided to follow in his father’s footsteps
and has hit the ground running ever since.
Samer believes people can control their own
destiny. “If I don’t like something, I can use
my hands and head to change it.” It is that

With over 12 years of Real Estate experience,
and holding Real Estate licenses in Maryland,
D.C., and Virginia, Samer quickly became the

Washington Metropolitan area. In 2004 he
became the Senior VP of A-K Real Estate, Inc.
He is involved in multiple facets of the Real
Estate industry; dealing with short sales,
foreclosures, rentals, property management,
land development, renovations, commercial
space, investors and contractors.
Samer has many niches. One of these niches
is in the distressed property arena, short-sale
and foreclosure properties. He holds a
Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)
