Architectural Designs in Pennsylvania, a company
known for its 21st century castles, luxury mansions,
estates and European chateaux. Through these
collaborations, McNevin is marketing to-be-built
conceptual home plans. “This technique for selling
properties has been working very well for many U.S.
metro areas,” McNevin says. “My bottom line is to
exceed my clients’ expectations and find them that
dream home they envision.”
The future is looking strong for McNevin. She
recently was chosen to speak to a convention of
7,000 REALTORS ® at Keller Williams’ international
conference. Amid all the time and effort
she gives to her career, she still sets aside ample
time to raise money for the Austin Children’s
Shelter. At the heart of it all, McNevin cares about
others. Her sentiments are reflected in her motto:
