These controls may be in place for the mediumto-long-term (ie over one month). The construction program and staging would confirm whether the footpath restrictions/reductions would remain in place permanently or whether they could be relaxed during peak periods. Also, there may be short-term temporary restrictions put in place that would affect access along the King Street, Kent Street and College Street cycleways.
