Committee meeting held Wednesday, September 16,
2009 be adopted.

NEW BUSINESS:
WET WASTE
GOMPOSTING
The chair provided background on the motion received from
Council on the potential of using restaurant wet waste in
community gardens.
The City of Vernon is interested in looking at wet waste due to
a bylaw that will come into place in December 2009 as part of
the removal of back alley dumpsters. Downtown restaurants
