The oaks has taken 4 years so far, and not maintained or
finished, lots of dust, road ripped up two years before paving,
please address this development before starting another
okanagan Landing crossing example as well - only one house up,

o There will be a sidewalk constructed along the south side of
okanagan Avenue from the new Apollo Road intersection
westward to Okanagan Landing road. The Manager of Operations
will be notified of the concern raised regarding the condition of
the pedestrian facilities at both ends of sidewalk along Okanagan
Avenue in front of The Oaks townhouse project'
o The Oaks and Okanagan Crossing projects are to be constructed
in phases with timing based upon market conditions'

No snow in winter, and then rainstorm causes flooding concerns
Like to make sure better drainage is developed behind his
property, so problems don't arise

phases in conjunction with each corresponding development
phase. Phase f. is the relocation of the primary public road access
to the site from Okanagan Avenue.

the upland storm drainage flow to the satisfaction of the
MuniciPal Engineer'
