AVENUE)- STAFF RESPONSE TO PUBLIC HEARING INPUT
Purpose.:
To provide Council with the staff response to the input received at the Official Public Hearing
held on February 8,20L0 for Rezoning Bylaw #5234.
Recommendations:
1. THAT Council support a revision to the phrasing for gross floor area in Schedules ZB1 to ZB33
in the cD4 - comprehensive Development Area 4 zone as follows:
current wording:
The maximum Gross Floor Area shall be x square metres

2. THAT Council support a revision to the minimum and maximum number of Primary Dwelling
Units permitted in Schedule ZB3 in the Comprehensive Development Area 4 zone as follows:
