Permitted DeveloPment:
Parcel 25 is intended to be developed with
Overlapping Townhouses. The ground floor of the
lower units will be located along Road 1,with Govered
Parking located behind and accessed at the side of the
Building via a driveway. The Bullding shallbe
constructed within the Building Envelope and Height
established in the Parcel Specific Regulations in this
Schedule and illustrated in drawings A,B & C on Page
2 of this Schedule.

FRONTAGE:
9. The Building Frontage of a Building shall not be greater than 54m without being intem.rpted by an Undeveloped
View Corridor of a minimum of 8m wide.
10. The total Bu¡ld¡ng Frontage shall not be less than 75% of the Frontage and the Building shall be constructed
such that 65% of thã Building Frontage shall be constructed to the minimum Front Yard Setback.
