Parcel I is intended to be developed with one
Apartment Houslng Buildlng with a row of two'storey
townhouse units along Road 7, which have their primary
entrances along Road 7, and apartment units above.
Govered Parking shall be located behind the
townhouse units and shall be accessed at the side of
the Buildlng via a driveway. The Building shallbe
constructed within the Building Envelope and Height
established in the Parcel Specific Regulations in this
Schedule and illustrated in drawings A, B & C on Page
2 of this Schedule.
