Parking structures are permitted to be constructed provided that they
are no more than 1.5 metres above the Finished Street Grade of the
Facing Street. Walls, fences and railings may be a maximum height of
1.0 metre measured from the Finished Street Grade of the Facing
Street. Balconies are permitted to extend into the area by up to 2.5m.
. Utilities means the various services and associated infrastructure that
may be provided to, constructed on, and maintained on the lands
contained within the CD4 - Zone, for the benefit of residents within the
CD4 - Zone, by either Public or Private Corporations. These services
and infrastructure include, but are not limited to, water distribution
systems; sanitary sewer systems (including black, grey, and reclaimed
water); drainage and storm water management systems; irrigation
systems; power systems; and heating systems.
13.4.4
Area of Application -
Boundaries of the CD Zone
This CD4- Zone applies to the lands outlined on the Site Map attached to
this Bylaw as General Schedule number GS-1 (hereinafter referred to as
the "Lands").
13.4.5
Parcels Subject to "Parcel Specific Regulations"
The Lands may only be subdivided into Parcels as outlined on the
Site Plan attached hereto as General Schedule number GS-2.
The Permitted Uses on each Parcel will be in accordance with the
Land Use Map attached as Schedule number GS-3, subject also to the
Parcel Specific Regulations applicable to a particular Parcel.
The development of each Parcel shall be in accordance with the
Development Regulations set out herein, including the Parcel Specific
Regulations applicable to a particular Parcel.
13.4.6 Permitted Uses
The Lands shall only be used for the following Uses (subject also to
Section 4):

. Bachelor Dwellings
. Boarding Rooms
. Gontrolled Market Housing
. Gourtyard Housing
