Mayor Lippert called the Public Hearing to order at 5:30 pm.
Mayor Lippert outlined the procedures to be followed, and read the Public Hearing
Statement.
City Clerk, Ms. Patti Bridal, advised of the Notice of Public Hearing, and that notice had been
published in the Sunday, January 31 and Wednesday, February 3, 2010 issues of the
Morning Star, as required by the Local Govemment Act.

Applicant: Hesperia Development Corporation
Legal Description: Lot 1, Plan K4P85838, Tp. 9, DL 62 - 64, Section 19 and
20, ODYD
Civic Address: 6500 Okanagan Avenue
Purpose:
A Bylaw to ADD a new zone to 'Section 13 - Comprehensive
Development', "CD4 - Comprehensive Development Area 4" , to
Zoning Bylaw 5000 AND to rezone the subject property from "41 -
Agriculture" to "CD4 - Comprehensive Development Zone 4" in
order to subdivide and construct multiple family dwellings, a
community building, public and private parks and trails, public
roads and an ALR buffer.
