6. partner with BC Transit to explore a Park n' Ride and a Park n' Bike site in the area. This
park n' Ride could act as the transit hub for the Neighbourhood Centre. lt should be easily
accessed by pedestrians and include bicycle parking and storage.
7. Create a new road that connects Cummins Road to Lakeshore Road north of Marshall Road
to ensure multiple access options between these two roads and to ensure pedestrian
connectivity throughout the neighbourhood centre. See Map 6'
