AND FURTHER, that the 2010 transfers of $408,867 (Multiplex)
and $6014 (theater) be defened this year unless they be shown
to be part of a equipment reserue 5 year total reasonably
expected to be used and necessary;
AND FURTHER, that the reserue policy should sfafe that these
reserves, for this function, shall never be built up, or used for a
building major expansion or replacement (That debate can take
place when the debt is paid off);
AND FURTHER, that all background information provided to the
Finance Committee, in thís regard, be included with this
information to the Regional District of the North Okanagan and
the District of Coldstream

THAT Council receives the letter dated January 20, 2010, from
Hon. Kash Heed, Solicitor General, regarding RCMP Municipal
Contracts;
AND FURTHER, that Council requests staff to provide a report to
Council regarding the implications to the 2010 budget in relation to
compliance with the proposed standards for 'Video Surveillance
Recordings in Police Buildings';
AND FURTHER that Council direct staff to report on the
breakdown of costs shared for this proposal between the City, the
District of Coldstream and ElectoralAreas'B' &'C'.
