THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council, held January
25,2010 be adopted;
AND FURTHER, that the minutes of the Committee of the Whole
meeting of Council held January 25,2010, and the Special Budget
meetings of January 21,22, & 25, 2010, be received.
