RESOLUTION TO
CLOSE MEETING
Mayor Lippert called the meeting to order at 8:40 am.
Moved by Councillor Gilroy, seconded by Councillor Lee:
BE IT RESOLVED that the meeting be closed to the public in
accordance with Section 90 (a), (c), (d), (e), (i), and (k) of the
Community Chañer.
CARRIED.
Mayor Lippert called the adjourned meeting back to order at 1:33 pm.
