7.3.5.1 If the National <strong>Cricket</strong> Federation determines the B Sample should<br />

be analysed prior to the conclusion of its follow-up investigation, it<br />

may conduct the B Sample analysis after notifying the <strong>Cricket</strong>er, with<br />

such notice to include a description of the Atypical Finding <strong>and</strong> the<br />

information described in Article 7.2.3.3.<br />

7.3.5.2 If the National <strong>Cricket</strong> Federation receives a request from the ICC,<br />

the National <strong>Cricket</strong> Federation shall so identify any such <strong>Cricket</strong>er<br />

after first providing notice of the Atypical Finding to the <strong>Cricket</strong>er.<br />

7.4 Results Management for Whereabouts Violations<br />

7.4.1 Results management in respect of an apparent Filing Failure by a <strong>Cricket</strong>er in<br />

the National Registered Testing Pool shall be conducted by the National <strong>Anti</strong>-<br />

<strong>Doping</strong> Organisation in accordance with Article 11.7.3 of the International<br />

St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing.<br />

7.4.2 Results management in respect of an apparent Missed Test by a <strong>Cricket</strong>er in<br />

the National Registered Testing Pool as a result of an attempt to test the<br />

<strong>Cricket</strong>er by or on behalf of the National <strong>Cricket</strong> Federation shall be<br />

conducted by the National <strong>Anti</strong>-<strong>Doping</strong> Organisation in accordance with<br />

Article 11.7.3 of the International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing (with the administrative<br />

review, if any, carried out by the Review Board).<br />

7.4.3 Results management in respect of an apparent Missed Test by a <strong>Cricket</strong>er as<br />

a result of an attempt to test the <strong>Cricket</strong>er by or on behalf of another <strong>Anti</strong>-<br />

<strong>Doping</strong> Organisation shall be conducted by that other <strong>Anti</strong>-<strong>Doping</strong><br />

Organisation in accordance with Article 11.7.6(c) of the International<br />

St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing.<br />

7.4.4 Where, in any eighteen-month period, a <strong>Cricket</strong>er in the National Registered<br />

Testing Pool is declared to have three Filing Failures, or three Missed Tests,<br />

or any combination of Filing Failures or Missed Tests adding up to three in<br />

total, whether under the <strong>Rules</strong> or under anti-doping rules of any other<br />

relevant <strong>Anti</strong>-<strong>Doping</strong> Organisation, then (save only where Article 11.6.5(a) of<br />

the International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing provides otherwise) the matter shall be<br />

referred to the Review Board to determine, in accordance with Article 11.6.5<br />

of the International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing, whether the <strong>Cricket</strong>er has a case to<br />

answer under Article 2.4.<br />

7.4.5 If the Review Board determines that the <strong>Cricket</strong>er has a case to answer<br />

under Article 2.4, the <strong>Anti</strong>-<strong>Doping</strong> Manager shall promptly send the <strong>Cricket</strong>er<br />

a written Notice of Charge (copied to WADA, the ICC <strong>and</strong> his/her National<br />

<strong>Anti</strong>-<strong>Doping</strong> Organisation), amended as appropriate to confirm the following:<br />

7.5 Investigations<br />

7.4.5.1 that the <strong>Cricket</strong>er has a case to answer under Article 2.4;<br />

7.4.5.2 details of facts upon which the case to answer is based, including<br />

details of the Filing Failures <strong>and</strong>/or Missed Tests alleged, <strong>and</strong> copies<br />

of any relevant documentation;<br />

7.4.5.3 (where applicable) the matters relating to Provisional Suspension<br />

specified at Article 7.6; <strong>and</strong><br />

7.4.5.4 the matters specified at Article 7.7.<br />

7.5.1 The National <strong>Cricket</strong> Federation or NADO may conduct investigations in<br />

whatever manner it thinks fit into the activities of any <strong>Cricket</strong>er or <strong>Cricket</strong>er<br />
