NADO may establish a pool of <strong>Cricket</strong>ers (the “National<br />
Registered Testing Pool”) who shall be personally<br />
responsible for: (i) providing written notification to the NADO<br />
of his/her whereabouts in the next quarter, as specified in<br />
Article 11.3 of the International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing; (ii)<br />
updating that whereabouts information as necessary, in<br />
accordance with Article 11.4.2 of the International St<strong>and</strong>ard<br />
for Testing, so that it remains accurate <strong>and</strong> complete at all<br />
times; <strong>and</strong> (iii) making themselves available for Testing at<br />
such whereabouts, in accordance with Article 11.4 of the<br />
International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing.<br />
5.3.2.2 Subject to the results management provisions referenced at Article<br />
7.4:<br />
(a)<br />
(b)<br />
the failure of a <strong>Cricket</strong>er in the National Registered Testing<br />
Pool to advise the NADO of his/her whereabouts shall be<br />
deemed a Filing Failure for purposes of the <strong>Rules</strong> where the<br />
conditions of Article 11.3.5 of the International St<strong>and</strong>ard for<br />
Testing are met; <strong>and</strong><br />
the failure of a <strong>Cricket</strong>er in the National Registered Testing<br />
Pool to be available for Testing at his/her declared<br />
whereabouts shall be deemed a Missed Test for purposes of<br />
the <strong>Rules</strong> where the conditions of Article 11.4.3 of the<br />
International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing are met.<br />
5.3.2.3 A <strong>Cricket</strong>er will be notified in writing of his/her inclusion in the<br />
National Registered Testing Pool. A <strong>Cricket</strong>er may be included in<br />
the National Registered Testing Pool notwithst<strong>and</strong>ing that he/she<br />
is also included in the ICC’s National Player Pool or the ICC’s<br />
International Registered Testing Pool. In either case, in order to<br />
prevent duplication of filing requirements, the NADO will receive<br />
the <strong>Cricket</strong>er’s whereabouts filings <strong>and</strong> share them with the ICC<br />
<strong>and</strong> with other <strong>Anti</strong>-<strong>Doping</strong> Organisations with jurisdiction to test<br />
that <strong>Cricket</strong>er in accordance with Article 11.7.1(d) of the<br />
International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing. In such circumstances, the<br />
<strong>Cricket</strong>er will only be required to file whereabouts information with<br />
the NADO.<br />
5.3.2.4 A <strong>Cricket</strong>er who has been included in the National Registered<br />
Testing Pool must continue to comply with the whereabouts<br />
requirements of the International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing unless <strong>and</strong><br />
until either:<br />
(a)<br />
(b)<br />
the NADO informs him/her in writing that he/she no longer<br />
satisfies the criteria for inclusion in the National Registered<br />
Testing Pool; or<br />
the <strong>Cricket</strong>er retires from his/her sport in accordance with<br />
Article 1.6.<br />
5.4 Testing of Minors<br />
5.4.1 Testing of a <strong>Cricket</strong>er who is a Minor shall be conducted in accordance with<br />
Annex C of the International St<strong>and</strong>ard for Testing (Modifications for<br />
<strong>Cricket</strong>ers who are Minors).<br />
5.4.2 A Minor may not participate in any cricket conducted under the jurisdiction of<br />
the National <strong>Cricket</strong> Federation unless a parent or guardian of that Minor has<br />
