The <strong>Company</strong>’s share in the discounted value of future cash flows related to the oil and gas reserves of<br />
equity investees in 2008, 2007 and 2006 was US$ 3,352 million, US$ 9,324 million and<br />
US$ 1,086 million, respectively.<br />
The discounted value of future cash flows as of December 31, 2008, 2007 and 2006 includes the<br />
interest of other (minority) shareholders in the amount of US$ 142 million, US$ 114 million and<br />
US$ 25 million, respectively.<br />
